1.1. The Promoter: The promoter of this competition is Avon Cosmetics Limited (the
“Promoter”).
1.2. The Competition: This competition is titled Peptide Serum Lip Gloss Rep Social
Influencer competition (the “Competition”).
1.3. Eligibility:
• This Competition is open to all independent Avon Representatives
(“Representatives”), including Avon Associate Representative, excluding employees
of the Promoter, its immediate families, or anyone professionally connected with
the Competition.
• Entrants must not be in debt and must follow all entry instructions.
• The Promoter reserves the right to require entrants to prove their eligibility.
1.4. Acceptance of Terms: By entering the Competition, the entrant agrees to be bound
by these Terms and Conditions.

January 2026 23:59 inclusive (the “Closing Date”). Entries received after the Closing
Date will not be accepted.
