How to use it
Take each piece, twist the cap off and try it after your usual skincare routine. Sweep a touch of Ultra Colour Glimmerstick Eye Liner and Ultra Volume Mascara around lids and lashes to define eyes. Use Powerstay 16-Hour Shadow Stick to make them pop; then finish the effect with Brow Sculpting Pencil.
